In the 21th century, the world seems to become smaller and smaller for us. However the meaning of ‘ border’ or ‘nation state’ are getting to be more emphasized than before, and now we can see remarkable global condition of “rightward trend” and “exclusion of foreigners”. Among Asian countries, territorial issue and border matter are rising up because of gap of ideology, economy and religion. There we now have new project about symbolical and trial practice to settle imaginal traffic system with bullet train lines between Asian cites to overcome our familiar political problem.

Historically, for example, there was surmount political/ social limits as the Berlin wall took down because of radio broadcast. Or even present day, it was said that they proposed to settle high speed railway to promote human exchange between cities among North and South Korea. So we can believe to utilize these potentialities of infrastructure and media power. So do we, with proposition of new plan for transportation which is able to come across the borders, and with presentation to show off the simulation with virtual technical issues and imaginal episodes when it is realized. To refer geo-political situation, we’d like to collaborate researchers, sociologist, psychologist, and artists as possible. This project must be opened for all people who interested in it.

As working progressive through collaboration and discussion, the project will be shown in its exhibition with result of researching, field work, presentation on panels, drawings and pictogram.
